  1. All mold templates larger than 2020, including thimble plates, must be pried out.

  23. All characters printed on the mold must be neat, straight, and not twisted.

  24. The mold needs to be installed with side locks (straight locks) on all four sides. If side locks cannot be installed, taper locks or cone locks need to be installed. Taper locks should be installed sideways.

  25. All screws and mold accessories need to choose standard parts, and the screw head cannot be sawed off. The effective length of the screw must be sufficient, normally 1.5 or 2.

  26. The slot of the hot nozzle must be rounded to avoid scratching the wires.
